Campware is pleased to announce Cream 3.0, a free and open-source customer relationship management (CRM) system designed for media organizations.

Cream is a multilingual customer relationship management (CRM) system for media organizations. The application tracks sales orders, payments, shipments, services, online and print subscriptions, and the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through its easy-to-use reporting and analytical functions. Cream features a powerful module for communication with customers, including incoming and outgoing email, web forms, template-based HTML newsletters, and a WYSIWYG editor.

Cream 3.0 brings the following improvements on the end-user side:

Why would you switch to a lesser database (mysql) away from a superior database (Postgresql)?

How do you enter ads? We sell full pages, half pages, quarter pages, etc on a print magazine that publishes 6 times a year.
