The network browse hub does not function, i get a warning in the screen and in /var/log/apache2/error.log

The the php warning is occurring while accessing the following pages:

Media libarary -> Hub Browse

First i’ll get the progress logo and next the php warning, folowing by Hub Browse page without any item.
