3.2.5. Creating Articles
Once you are in the Articles view within a section (you get there by
clicking on a section name), you can create new articles by selecting
the "Add new article" option:
If you click on this, you will see this screen:
Fill in the fields provided:
Name: This
field is mandatory, because it determines how your article will be
known to the database and appear in the Articles view. You will be able
to rename the article at any time in the future.

Type: you have to select one of the available article types from the drop down menu. The choice you make at this stage CANNOT be altered later.
Language: Select the language the article will be written in. The list of languages will contain the languages you have defined in
the Languages configuration. The language choice you make
at this stage is final, though you can always create a translation in
another language with the Translate option.
Show article on front page:
Check this box if you would like the article to be displayed on your
publication's front (home) page. You can alter this choice at any time.
Show article on section page: Check this box if you would like the article to be displayed on the main
(home) page (a sort of a section homepage) of the section within you
have created the article. You can alter this choice at any time.
Keywords:
Specify the words that will help search engines find your article more
easily. This field is optional and you can edit it at any stage.
After
you fill out the required fields and make your article-display choices, press the 'Save changes' button. You will then be taken to the Article Edit screen (see next article for more info).
