Show recently published articles, soon to be published articles, and log on the home page

Description by paul:

Add a list of the most recently published articles, the articles that
will be published soon (because of automatic publishing), and recent
log activity.    When showing the automatic publishing, indicate the
days using relative time (today, yesterday, 2 days ago, tomorrow,
etc).  For far off times, use the date.

Added "recently published articles" & "scheduled actions" to the home
page.  The log will have to come later.  Also, didnt have time to do
relative dates because of the localization problems with that.
