Campsite instance utilities (create_instance etc) need globally-acceptable names

Description by john:
The names of Campsite utility scripts like 'create_instance', 'remove_instance', 'gather', etc., should be given names which won't clash with other possible commands under the Linux command line. I would suggest using 'campsite_create_instance', 'campsite_gather', etc, and making changes throughout. This allows the install to put files in /usr/bin without fear of clashing with other installed packages.

Please use dashes between the words (i.e. campsite-server). No need to hit the shift key then. Other programs seem to use this convention as well (e.g. trac).
