Apparently it's possible to set up trac to maintain a doxygen reference for our code automatically. I read something here:

This would be good as otherwise we run the risk of doxygen details being inconsistent with our code. Autogen of code documentation when the code is checked in would also encourage documentation of all our code as we write it.
An idea occurred to me that it would be nice if our @TODO comments in source code somehow made their way into Trac tickets...
