Can not add image to an article/ campsite does not list articles by number order

We have upgraded to Campsite 2.3.1 on our Ubuntu linux server, almost finished with the template but we have 2 main problems
1. when we try to add an image to an article i press the add image from the WYSIWUG editor the image shows up but the name under it doesnt show it only shows "?????" instead of the image name and i try to insert it to the article but it doesnt work.
2. when we create articles and try to change their order it doesnt work although we specified in the template engine.
I can show you images to explain what my problem is..

I doubt it's a Campsite bug, more probably related to the system it was installed on. It can be because of some PHP or Apache configuration, ImageMagic? or MySQL.
