Repackage the demo templates/databases using the campsite backup/restore scripts.

After some analisys I came to the conclusion that it's not possible to use the backup/restore scripts for the demo packages because the backup packages contain the instance configuration: virtual host name, database connection settings, apache user/group, the template engine listening port. They can change from system to system and from distro to distro. So a backup package is not usable on a system which is configured differently.
