It seems that IP addresses with zeros aren't allowed by the IP address list management thing.
This would be something that I can imagine intranets wanting to use, 192.0.0.0, etc.
I get the message "You must complete the Start IP field."
Suggest you change the file implementation/management/users/do_ipadd.php, lines 30-35. Change the

I made the above change and I added 127.0.0.1. Articles were 'unlocked' correctly, but the clause <!** if user defined> in my template still returns false, for some reason.
