Please decide, if language translations are separated newspapers or are simply translations of the original newspaper. In case they are simply translations, it would be nice, if you add a section to basic site, all language translations will get it as well. The name should be the original and translator of the newspaper will be responsible for renaming it. Right now if I add a section, I have to go through all language mutations and add it manually.
It is minor tweak that would make the live easier, but does not matter much if you implement it though
