Show "pending publication" status in Article Edit status

Description by paul:

Right now if an article is scheduled for publication, the "Status" drop down in Article Edit will show as "submitted"...confusing! It should show that it is pending publication.

    Partial fix in changeset:4300. Show the icon next to the select box when there are future actions.
