Description by Andilek:
After upgrading from 2.3.3 to 2.4.0 all my pages are sent to browser like default charset iso-8859-1 I went through apache and PHP settings and nothing changed, so it must be campsite. Upgrade to 2.4.1 did not fix it. Please, if you find the solution, can you release at least patch that fixes it? I would like to add it to FreeBSD port asap.

- resolution set to invalid
- status changed from new to closed
The tpl_cgi and index.php scripts correctly set the charset to UTF-8. All sites on Campsite 2.4.1 have "Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8" in the header. There is only one site: www.feral.hr which has "Content-Type: text/html" but that is most probably because of an install problem. Maybe there was an old tpl_cgi which was not upgraded.
