The installation instructions could give more information from the point of view of installing the software on an ISP. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Installing on an ISP using root could be cumbersome. You could put in the documentation why root is needed in order to explain to the ISP. Also many times an ISP prefers to use .htaccess files for Apache configuration instead of touching their configuration file. These case could also be documented in a next documentation.

    The installation is different for all ISPs and it depends a lot on
their environment. If you want to describe all, or the most used
variants, you would have to prepare a book about "How to install
campsite".  Also there are some bugs in install process which probably
noone tested and I met them few days ago (separate www, mysql, smtp,
parser servers).  Also latest concepts of servers even allow to give
root to end users and install their servers as thay wish without
danger on inflicting the server. But I do not know about hosting
company using this concept.
