Javascript to validate fields

Description by mira:

Validate date fields and also implement popup feature with pulldown
menu for dates.    Validate all forms in the app as much as possible
using fValidate.  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Using FValidate to validate
form fields. Use Dyncalendar, or whatever Mambo uses for their
calendar popup.
