Description by paul:

Many things are undoable in the HTMLArea interface.  We should make it
possible to undo a subhead when you create one.

    Wow, version 4.0.0, eh? What are the limitations/difficulties here,
    Paul? Is the subhead feature homemade, or was it part of the HTMLAREA

      WORKAROUND:  You can remove the <span
      class="campsite_subhead">...</span> tags in the HTML view of your
      document, just click the '<>' button in the toolbar.
