We need translations for all the text in HTMLArea.    There are
multiple parts to the HTMLArea interface. There is the core section,
and then there are the plugins.  We are using three plugins:
"ImageManager", "ListType", and "Table Operations".    *** Core ***
Currently fully supported languages are (as far as I can tell):  en,
fr, de, el, he, hu, nl, no    Partially supported languages (not all
translations complete):  b5, cz, da, ee, es, fi, gb, it, ja-euc, ja-
jis,   ja-sjis, ja-utf8, lt, lv, nb, pl, pt_br, ro, ru, se, si, vn
Of those partially supported by HTMLArea that campsite supports (means
translation work is necessary):  cz, es, ro, ru    Those language
missing that campsite is supposed to support:  ar, hr, pt, sh, sr, zh
I will attach the english translation and the french translation, as
well as the entire core language directory so that someone can do
these translations.      *** Table Operations ***  Languages supported
for Table Operations:  cz, da, de, el, en, fi, he, hu, it, nl, no, ro
Those language missing that campsite is supposed to support:  ar, es,
hr, pt, ru, sh, sr, zh    I will attach two examples of this
translation file.      *** List Type ***  There is only one current
language file for the List Type plugin: english.  I will attach it.
We need translations for:  ar, cz, de, es, hr, pt, ro, ru, sh, sr, zh
*** Image Manager ***  There is only the english translation for the
image manager.  It is attached as en-image-manager.js.  We need
translations for:  ar, cz, de, es, hr, pt, ro, ru, sh, sr, zh
