Description by paul:
This one comes from John Pye: "The article/section/publication navigation seems a bit doubled. I would have expected to click on the name of the section I am in in order to go back and see the list of articles. But instead I have to click 'articles' on the right hand side. But I guess that is what your users are used to?"
