Description by fgerlits:
I messed up my local copy and had to re-install the development environment. It seems to me that cvs checkout setupDevelopmentEnvironment user_setup_db is not quite enough to set up everything. I ran 'make storage' in modules/storageServer, and that seems to do it. Can you verify this and then add this (or whatever is correct) to one of those two scripts?
