There's no upload-file-logo in the left corner of the MP upload file window as in all the other MP windows

Hi Charles, do you want to draw it? I don't know if it's necessary, but I know I can't draw it. :) The login window has no logo in its upper left corner either, and the Edit Playlist window says "playlists" instead of "edit playlist" (maybe because that would be too long?)
