With a main make modules_setup, ill get a error. I do not have a livesupport/usr/var/LiveSupport/storageServer.
cd ./modules/htmlUI && ./configure --prefix=/home/frans/src/livesupport/svn/branches/livesupport-1.0.x/livesupport/usr \ --with-apache-group=apache \ --with-www-docroot= /home/frans/src/livesupport/svn/branches/livesupport-1.0.x/livesupport/usr/var \ --with-configure-apache=no \ --with-storage-server= /home/frans/src/livesupport/svn/branches/livesupport-1.0.x/livesupport/usr/var/LiveSupport/storageServer

This has just been fixed by Sebastian in [1837], I think. Make sure you have the latest sources.
strange enough. did you change users, do you have whole permitions for your whole livesupport directory?
