add support to create an audio clip, that does not refer to a local, binary, audio file, but to a URL, that is an audio stream accessible through the net. the length of the 'clip' will have to be specified by the user, as the length of a web stream is always unknown. Tomas says that such a support exists in the PHP storage, but probably it's best to double check with him...

Webstream support added: locstor.storeWebstream in XMLRPC, storeWebstream method in PHP GreenBox?. Script sipleGet.php handles webstreams as "Location:" redirect in the HTTP header.

It was unfortunately misunderstanding. I've ment it's possible, but it's not implemented.
