Adding an "&" to meatdata will cause the metadata xml file is empty. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Database entry aree fine, just related to the xml file in storage.

Storing & is fine now. It will stored html-encodet in database, but not decodet on getMDataValue(). Just tell me if decoding will processed at your side, elsewhere I will take care on it.

Htmlspecialchars are filtered out in getMetadataValue now.
Thanks - fixed missing entities encoding in setMetadataValue.
