Description by douglas:
We need to include messages on the ls-demo site login screen telling users to use the username: demo and password: demo. At the same time, it would be far better to display the 'Quick Start' text (currently under the 'Help' button) in the left column when a user first logs in. As I understand it, the two tasks are likely related to each other in that they require changes in the first pages' templating.
