LS Studio: Master Panel needs bottom border

The master panel should have a border - at least for the bottom as the other windows; without it, it is very difficult to gauge where it is, especially when it's above a web page with a lot of white.

Charles sent the bitmap in question, which was just attached here.

Oh, OK... Actually, I did have that bitmap, just could not find it, because I am blind, apparently.

Should be fairly easy, but I haven't figured it out yet. I'll keep coming back to this.
Will be done if we get the bitmaps from Charles. We need something similar to the graphics in http://netfinity-5.mdlf.org/cgi-bin/viewcv s.cgi/livesupport/products/gLiveSupport/var/widgets/whiteWindow/?diff_ format=l&hideattic=0 Or we could use the same bitmaps and make the Master Panel window's corners rounded, as well.
