Campcaster hiring PHP developers

The Campcaster project is hiring PHP developers for work on its upcoming 1.3 "Dakar" release. |
Campware offers a number of benefits that you wont find anywhere else:
you are paid to work on open-source software, you get to work from
home, and you will have a major voice and impact on the project you are
working on. You'll be working with a small dynamic team who really
beleives in what they are doing. We're looking for people who are 1)
smart and 2) can get things done.
The following skills are required: * PHP - 2 years experience * MySQL/Postgres - 2 years * C++ coder - 2 years * Web application development - 2 years * Object oriented programming - 4 years * Experience using a debugger - 2 years (Zend Studio in particular would be a bonus)
* Knowledge of what the "mythical man-month" means * Disciplined, able to work independently at home * Good online communication skills, ability to discuss different ideas and different points of view, and able to compromise
* Able to draw (with your hand) clear wireframes of the screens you are developing * Ability to create simple web interfaces based on needs of the user * Ability to write detailed feature specifications and update them as things change
* Desire to document the code that you write
Bonus skills: * Gstreamer knowledge * Past experience with radio broadcasting * Experience using many different music players * A love of music
