 In my eyes this is more bug than feature :-) because the rate changes in
 time and you cannot have it fixed in options. You should be able to set
 date, to which is the rate related.
 What I need is the table for rates, that contains ID of currency, Date and
 rate and each payment, order and others should respect the rate, that is
 correspondent to time.
