 Cream is missing any attempt to keep workflow.
 There should be more than "open/close" flags. User shall see stus.
 I know this is not linear, but in my opinion order should have following
 status:
 1) New - noone noticed
 2) Open - Job in progress
 3) Served - Product sent, waiting for money
 4) Paid - Got money but waiting for product
 5) Closed - transaction finished
 Also I vote for automatic status changes:
 closing service sets flag from 2 to 3 or from 4 to 5
 Closing payment sets flag from 2 to 4 or from 3 to 5
