 I might not fully understand service list. In my opinion there should be 3
 flags:
 1) New
 2) Open
 3) Closed
 If service is new - we are preparing it
 If the service is Open, we are serving it and Order flag should be set to
 Served
 If the service is closed, the subscription of the service expired and
 custommer should order a new one.
 I can say, that New service is the same as no service record, but still, I
 need some automatic think, that sets service to closed at the moment the
 service subscription expires.
