Redesigned Topic List Screen Sketches

This one designed by Paul and Sava.

The idea behind this layout is to be able to see all the topics at once, and also be able to see all translations of all topics at once if you need to. The lines on the left group together a topic translated into multiple languages. You can click on a flag icon next to a topic to translate it. You can click on the plus sign to add a subtopic. The two-letter language code is next to the topic to tell which language it is in.
