Improve the handling of right-to-left languages (such as Arabic) in user interface (especially for text-type fields)

  • add a field in the languages table describing the language direction
  • set the text direction in the admin.php script based on the currently selected language
  • update tinyMCE to take into consideration the text direction

We need a precise definition of what we mean in this feature.  Are we
planning on changing the layout of the interface, or do we just want
to give the browser a language header so that it can make the text go
from R-T-L in text fields?

For displaying the prompts, I think somethign like this will do the
trick:  CampsiteInterface::Prompt("String", ['R'|'L']);  You make two
calls to this function for every prompt, one on the left side of the
input box, and one on the right.  Only the one on the appropriate side
will be displayed.
