In Campsite 3.2, when a user wants to add a topic to the topics tree, the only way to do so is to access the topics menu from the admin interface. However, many topics only occur to journalists and editors when the article menu is open and they are adding topics; when they do so, they have to exit the article menu, open the topics menu, add the topic, then come back to the article menu and attach the topic.
It would be more user-friendly to either add a tab for ‘Edit Topics’ from the current Topics popup from the article menu, or at least a link to the Topic Edit menu. Ideally, though, this could all be handled in a single popup, accessible from the article menu, which allows users to either add existing topics or edit the topics tree.
